Refund policy

Regular priced merchandise may be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment (less original shipping cost, if any) within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note all shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs for any items returned by mail are at the customers expense .

All returns are subject to validation and approval by Ralph C. Designs and  Ralph C. Designs reserves the right to limit or refuse a return, if it does not meet the above conditions.

To initiate a refund request, please contact us at info@ralphcdesigns.com with proof of purchase and reason for refund request. Once the returned items are received, inspected and approved a refund will be generated. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All Sale items & Accessories are FINAL SALE and no returns/refund requests will be accepted.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for banks or credit card companies to process and post the refund.
